Barber, baby, bubble and a bumble bee???? (That was just for all of you Dr. Suess fans out there!)
NOPE...

Bumpin', Boppin, Bountiful Birthday Bashes!!!
That's right, I am going to get you all the fun and dirt on Gabriella's 4th birthday party and Mason's 2nd birthday party...
Gabriella turned 4 on February 17th (go digital day for all of you tv lovers). Being that was a Tuesday, we had her birthday on February 15th, as it was President's weekend, and well we couldn't have a Halloween birthday party on Valentine's Day!
Gabby chose the theme for her birthday party this year way back on November 1st, 2008... when she was so sad that Halloween was officially over. She then decided she was going to have a Halloween themed birthday party... and she stuck to it all the way up until officially planning the spectacle! We sent out Halloween invitations, had everyone come in costume, enjoyed bobbing for apples (although I didn't realize what a germ-fest that is), played Halloween themed musical chairs, popped balloons on our ankles, did a princess pinata, and had a ton of fun! I dressed up as a fairy princess... it was priceless... that old prom dress I never thought would get used again, well it did!!! Enjoy the pictures!

I am officially a worn out fairy princess for the day...
On Gabriella's official birthday, we took her out for a special birthday lunch at The Cheesecake Factory after we picked her up from preschool that day. She LOVES Cheesecake Factory... I mean... who doesn't!?
Off to school birthday girl!
sayin' "cheese" at the Cheesecake Factory
they surprised her with her own birthday dessert... she was ecstatic!
Mason turned 2 on March 18th. He chose to go to Peter Piper Pizza for his special day. We brought our own cake, and the 4 of us sang happy birthday, blew out candles, and enjoyed a cheap lunch buffet, with lots of games afterwards. It was a great day! Mason enjoyed himself thoroughly.

We decided to have Mason's birthday party in Las Vegas this year, so as friends and family could attend. Also, my little sissy Melanie was spending her 23rd birthday party in sin city so we decided to make a date out of it! We celebrated bubba's birthday at the Lied Science Discovery Center in Las Vegas on March 28th. We had so much fun celebrating with our close friends, cousins and uncles, aunts and Grandma Shelley. The kids were exhausted by the end of the day, but they sure had fun.
Cousins... sharing the Clifford Exhibit together... only 3 weeks apart!

Break it down buddy...
That's it for the birthday bashes!
But speaking of birthdays... we attended a very bouncin' birthday bash, for our nephew Myles. He turned 2 the end of February, and we headed up to Vegas to celebrate the special day with him! He had a bouncing party in the park.
Myles the birthday boy in the bouncer, and very unsure about it!
His awesome skateboarding birthday cake, with an actual moving skateboarder...
OH... and this is by far the tastiest birthday cake I have EVER had.. and I should know, I am a self-proclaimed cake connoisseur!

Well friends and family, I hope you enjoyed that issue of the bouncin' birthday bashes here in our family.
We are slowly moving towards better spirits after the loss of our doggy Koda. Thank you all for your special thoughts and kinds words with news of our loss. We really appreciate all of your kindness. He will be greatly missed and never forgotten... still hard to believe he is gone.
